Requirements
- Sound commercial and/or technical university education
- Several years of international professional experience in a management consultancy and/or in the field of real estate management
- Market knowledge in Austria is an advantage
- Management experience and strong interpersonal communication skills also in an international environment
- Sound knowledge of business plan preparation and budget monitoring as well as value influencing factors
- Experience with IT systems, in addition to MS Office ideally SAP R/3 CO, RE, FI, PS
- Very good English and German language skills
