Global Operation Service Manager
Requirements:
The Candidate should have at least 10 – 15 years of qualified experience in delivering IT services in mission critical business; in roles with operational and procurement mandates; previous exposure to international environment and network would be a plus.

A bachelor's / University degree in Business, Computing, Engineering, or related field.

Good balance between hard and soft skills is required;

Proven structured communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory;

IT affinity with the ability to be always in touch with the newest improvements in technological innovations and apply them in the Facility Management domain.

Previous sales and management experience may be advantageous.

Strong Insurance / Banking industry knowledge.

Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.

Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
