Our ideal candidate will have the following main requirements:
Must have
- Master’s Degree
- 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Experience working within the MEL activities of foundations or international NGOs
- Excellent use of excel and digital data management platforms
- Skills to manage, analyse, synthesise and communicate data
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to express complex MEL or research concepts in clear language that works for non-technical audiences
- Project management, communication and analytical skills
- Worked or led cross-functionally and got things done in a hands-on way
- Experience in working across cultures and geographies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Italian desirable)
- Experience working in the private sector is a plus
