Requirements:
- University or college degree (Master's degree in Finance / Economics); further education or certificates in asset management (e.g. CFA) are an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in portfolio management and execution including investment compliance topics
- Good knowledge of ESG investment fund methodology
- Good knowledge of asset management related to Swiss Pension Schemes
- Practical experience in the use of derivatives and experience in administrative and technical topics
- Experience in managing multi-asset portfolios is an advantage
- Very good IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg and VBA)
- Good written and spoken English and German skills
- Proactivity
- Good team player
- Comfortable with working under pressure and with tight deadlines
