Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have

  • Passion for the customer
  • International profile experienced in multinational companies and/or consulting firms, used to work in virtual teams in global matrix operations, with proven ability to successfully steer country teams, cooperating with different functions, mindful of cultural differences
  • Excellent presentation and communications skills
  • 7- 10 years’ experience in customer experience/ area (customer culture, customer innovation, value proposition, customer engagement, customer segmentation)
  • Hands on, practical with a ground-breaking attitude and passion to fix the broken things. Project Management, setting up new project from scratch, manage multiple projects in cross functional environment, working with tight deadlines, guaranteeing accurate delivery
  • Ability to visualize the big picture and think strategically leveraging on insights and trends to identify priorities and high impact activities
  • Good standing, confidence and well versed in interacting with top management of business units & senior stakeholders
  • Good analytical acumen being able to understand key trends, customer insights and behaviors
  • Results driven, proven track record, change management experience and potential to growth further in the organization
  • Creative thinking and able to inspire others

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Financial Service background, good understanding of insurance
  • Data analytics & insights skills
  • Digital technologies knowledge to improve Customer’s experience
