Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
- 5+ years experience of working with multi-country sponsorship programmes
- Experience and flair in sponsorship-driven content creation in the digital and new media space
- Extensive understanding of market trends in sponsoring and of main actors in agency and media provider space
- Experience inside large multinational retail organisations a plus
- Fluent Italian and English

- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to create collaborative business relationships
- Data driven, analytical mindset and capabilities
- Hands-on problem solving capabilities
- Experience in facilitating working groups and strong coordination drive
- Confident writer, at ease in adapting tone of voice in multichannel campaigns
