Requirements:

University education (Master or equivalent in management, business administration,…) related to real estate business
At least 5 years of job experience in the field of Real Estate Management
Specific market knowledge in Austria
Experience with IT systems, ideally SAP R/3 CO, RE, FI, PS
Profound MS office knowledge
German fluently and very good English skills (B2)

Soft skills:

Strong interpersonal communication skills ideally in an international context
Detailed abilities in organization, co-ordination and co-operation
Stress resistance and sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial behaviour

The annual gross salary for this position is from EUR 60,000, with the option of overpayment depending on specific qualifications and experience.
