Asset Manager (m/f/d)

Must have:

• Sound commercial and/or technical university education with a focus on real estate management

• Several years of professional experience in the field of real estate management

• Specific market knowledge in Germany

• Management experience and strong interpersonal communication skills also in an international environment

• Sound knowledge of business plan preparation and budget monitoring as well as valuation

• Experience with IT systems, ideally SAP R/3 in addition to MS Office

• German fluently and very good English skills (B2)

• Detailed abilities in organization, co-ordination and co-operation
