Requirements:
- university level degree or comparable, preferably in law, business administration or finance/economics;
- second level Master’s degree in compliance or internal control system-related topics would be a plus;
- prior experience of 5-7 years;
- communication skills into Italian and English;
- successful, multi-year track record in prior similar or connected functions (preferably, control functions such as internal audit and compliance);
- in-depth knowledge of the European and Italian legal environment on UCITS, MiFID and AIFM; knowledge of Dutch legal environment would be a plus;
- in-depth knowledge of the European and Italian AML&CTF Regulation, Financial Sanctions and Anti Bribery & Corruption
Soft Skills:
- proactive attitude, problem-solving and analytical skillset;
- ability to drive topics and deliver results even under pressure and time constraints;
- team player
