Corporate Affairs

Requirements:

• Law Degree is required

• A minimum of 5 years professional experience in similar role

• Substantial experience of handling corporate legal

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is considered a plus

• Specialization in international law is an advantage

Soft Skills:

• Proven ability to lead and manage change in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment

• Strong client-oriented approach and customer service ethics

• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills

• Proven capacity to negotiate and resolve delicate issue

• Solid problem solving attitude

• Take over responsibility at a very early stage, flexibility

• Proactive and strong team working oriented
