Must have:

Excellent educational background, preferably in the fields of business management

10 years’ experience working in the insurance industry or in consultancy dealing with insurance related projects, being part of the experience acquired in international environment

Experience in CRM market solutions (e.g. Salesforce)

Proficiency on digital technologies and trends

Interest and passion for innovation and disruptive technologies

A good understanding of database fundamentals, Agile methodologies, Software and web development methodologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
