Customer Operations Hub
Requirements:
The candidate should have at least 10-15 years of qualified experience in corporations leading mid-large teams with proven successful direct management of external providers. He/she should have covered role of responsibility in large transformation projects with proven knowledge and experience in the IT Workplace Management and Operations area for centralization of cross-countries capabilities.
- Good balance between hard and soft skills is required
- Proven structured communication and problem solving skills are mandatory
- The job is based in Milan and may require travel (mainly in Italy and Europe) on a monthly basis
- Very Good English spoken and written is mandatory, French and German are a plus
