Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
- 5+ years of experience
- Proven experience in influencing business results through the application and/or management of advanced statistical techniques and data driven solutions
- Master degree in scientific disciplines and/ or economics (Business, Finance, Operations Research, Management Engineering or related area)
- Fluent English
- High level of drive and initiative, willing to go the extra mile
- Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and resources
- Rigorous and solution-oriented problem solving and analytical skills, combined with capability of thinking through nuanced and complex situations, ability to navigate ambiguity at ease
Nice to have
- Additional languages
- PMI certification or equivalent project management training
- Background in Tier-1/ Tier-2 consulting firms or other large international corporates
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g. six sigma, kanban, kaizen) and how these can be supported by using data and analytics to drive business performances
