Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have

5+ years of experience
Proven experience in influencing business results through the application and/or management of advanced statistical techniques and data driven solutions
Master degree in scientific disciplines and/ or economics (Business, Finance, Operations Research, Management Engineering or related area)
Fluent English
High level of drive and initiative, willing to go the extra mile
Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and resources
Rigorous and solution-oriented problem solving and analytical skills, combined with capability of thinking through nuanced and complex situations, ability to navigate ambiguity at ease

Nice to have

Additional languages
PMI certification or equivalent project management training
Background in Tier-1/ Tier-2 consulting firms or other large international corporates
Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g. six sigma, kanban, kaizen) and how these can be supported by using data and analytics to drive business performances
