The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must Have

Senior technical leader with at least 5 years’ experience working in the insurance industry or in consultancy dealing with insurance related projects, being part of the experience acquired in international environment
Proven expertise in design and delivery of mobile apps and websites
Proven expertise in implementation and integration of CRM tools
Proven expertise in AI technologies
Technological degree, i.e. engineering or computer science
Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency on digital technologies and trends
Interest and passion for innovation and disruptive technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Soft Skills

Strong leadership, teamwork and people management skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
Technical skills and experience with Java, Angular 5/ 6+, Ionic 3/ 4, Cordova, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, unit test frameworks
Knowledge of Web Analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics suite)
Experience in Agile methodologies, Software and web development methodologies
Project and program Management
Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Business process optimization
