Requirements:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or related fields in the Sustainability space. CFA Institute diploma (3 years) desirable.
- 3-5 years of quantitative experience within an Asset Management, Investment Bank or Brokerage, preferably with experience in ESG investing
- Knowledge of the relevant ESG regulatory framework and experience with ESG regulatory and business reporting
- Fluent in English. The knowledge of a second foreign language (Italian and/or French) will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of ESG ratings, ESG data provides, global climate and other ESG networks and initiatives.
- Analytical, IT and quantitative skills, ideally including programming language (Python, R, Matlab, Java, SQL, PowerBI)
- Advanced MS Office (Word/PowerPoint/Excel) skills
- Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, and ESG data vendors (MSCI, Sustainalytics, ISS, etc.)

- Good team player
- Comfortable with working under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Curious, flexible and responsive
