Must have:

Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or similar
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in real assets and/or private credit and/or private equity markets
Ability to analyze and perform due diligence on real assets, private credit and private equity managers
Familiarity with private credit and private equity vehicles and their governance structure
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthetize complex information
Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) is also a prerequisite
Familiarity with market data provider such as Bloomberg, Markit, LCD
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
Knowledge of ESG European framework would be a plus

Problem solving attitude and flexibility on priority dynamics
Maturity to take decisions at a very early stage
Agility in structured work environment with strong communication, presentation and modelling skills
Proactive and strong team working oriented
International mindset, independently of previous specific personal experience
Availability to travel if required
