The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Studies of economic sciences completed with a bachelor´s degree possibly with real estate related additional qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate (e.g. investment, business development)
- Appropriate financial and real estate knowledge
- Specific knowledge of property KPIs and market data
- Quantitative skills and analytical abilities in organization and working under pressure
- Professional Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- English fluent, oral and writing
