Group Academy – Learning Junior Specialist
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
- A bachelor’s degree consistent with the role (economics preferred, but also degrees in humanities – e.g., psychology – if coupled with a solid operational mindset and background knowledge)
- International exposure (study or work experience)
- Knowledge of HR Concepts and Processes, and in particular of Learning and Development
- Experience in HR, and in Learning and Development particular.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills - PMO skills will be considered a plus
