Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
- Knowledge of the main pillars of learning (e.g. learning process and phases, learning objects, didactic methodologies, delivery logics, LMS platforms, etc.)
- Experience in the design and development of learning
- Experience in managing course delivery process
- Experience in monitoring and reporting training activities
- Experience in managing databases and in data analysis
- Knowledge of learning platforms management
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
Soft skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and Proactivity
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholder
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing context
- Strong written and editing skills
- Solid project management skills
