Main Tasks:

Team management
Plan and coordinate day-by-day, short, medium and long term activities
Steer relevant projects of the Platform Security and contribute to projects where Platform Security involvement is required
Properly plan and manage the budget of the unit in the countries where the unit operates
Ensure a proper reporting to stakeholders
Act as entry point for customers in relation to the responsibilities in charge to the unit
Guarantee the security, integrity and availability of the infrastructures in scope
Identify indicators to properly track and measures risk and performances
Interact with other IT departments ensuring all solutions are properly deployed and maintained in all systems
Act/cooperate to increase the security awareness of both the company and the customers

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or IT Security7
At least 7 years of experience in the Security area
More than one year of experience in Operations and/or Incident/Change management area
Intermediate/Advanced English (at least CEFR B2, written/spoken)
Availability to travel in Europe
Previous experience in a leadership position
Direct experience in international complex projects/contexts

Skills:

Experience in managing Anti-malware solutions
Experience in managing Anti-spam solutions
Good knowledge on Microsoft Windows/Unix-line OS
Good knowledge on Databases
Good knowledge on malwares behavior
Knowledge on IPS, especially in relation with anti-malware appreciated
Knowledge on following technologies appreciated:

    o MDM (Mobile Device Management)
    o FAM (File Activity Monitoring)
    o DAM (Database Directory Monitoring)

Basic knowledge on public key cryptography
Good understanding of global IT infrastructure (network, systems)
Communication and interpersonal relations skills in an international environment
Microsoft Office suite usage (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Knowledge of following languages is a plus: French, German, Czech
