The mission of the HR BP role within GOSP is to maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

As HR BP assistant, you will be responsible in supporting the HR BPs in:

  • Providing employees with information about HR policies and procedures and assist/advise line managers and employees on HR processes, especially recruitment, internal, external mobility, performance management, talent management, salary review.
  • Maintaining organization staff by leading a recruiting ad interviewing program; counsel managers on candidate selection; conduct and analyze exit interviews; recommend changes.
  • Recruiting internal staff  and temps/stage following the internal recruiment process and interacting with the dedicated corporate functions
  • coordinating the implementation of  HR processes and policies in line with GOSP HR Guidelines
  • contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems
  • Interfacing with Administration, Facility Management and Logistics for activities involving internal (and external) personnel.
  • Use of SAP HR to manage specific sets of data  
  • Manage special administrative fulfilments (not provided by local administration, e.g. “denuncia categorie protette”, “gestione flotta aziendale”, “inserimento RDA”, jubilees, etc.) (I)
  • Manage of generic collective mailbox



  • University Degree in Psychology, Economics or equivalent
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken
  • Familiarity with HR processes
  • Good knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Outlook,..)
  • Nice to have
    • good knowledge of SAP HR
    • international experience (professional o personal)
