IAM Security Architect

Requirements:

• 5 years experience as IAM Security Architect or relevant experiences
• Experience in international, cross country company environments
• Good knowledge about security and compliance requirements on IAM solutions
• Solid understanding of information security access controls across complex operating environments

• Working on hybrid IT infrastructure (on prem / Cloud)
• Experience for Access right/users review process
• Experience for Data/asset owner recertification process

Requires technical knowledge and experience with :

• Infrastructure products such as IAG solutions, active directory services, LDAP services
• Cloud technology knowledge with a focus on identity and access management integration, Identity federations/migrations, data analysis and modelling tools,authentication mechanisms and standards
• Basic knowledge of encryption, PKI, SIEM, etc.
• Knowledge of identity management solutions like NetIQ, IBM, biCube, One Identity, Sailpoint

• Very good analytical skills
• Attention to detail with flexibility in addressing changing requirements
• Can manage multiple task in parallel ensuring right quality in delivery
• Ability to organize own tasks assigned, ensuring proper alignment on task progress with different stakeholders
• Ability to work in a complex and international environment 
• Ability to keep committed and motivated all team members working in remote locations
• Fluent English (at least B2 level)
• Italian, German and/or French benefit

Nice to have:

• Availability to travel occasionally in Europe
