Requirements:
- 5 years experience as IAM Security Architect or relevant experiences
- Experience in international, cross country company environments
- Good knowledge about security and compliance requirements on IAM solutions
- Solid understanding of information security access controls across complex operating environments
- Working on hybrid IT infrastructure (on prem / Cloud)
- Experience for Access right/users review process
- Experience for Data/asset owner recertification process
Requires technical knowledge and experience with :
- Infrastructure products such as IAG solutions, active directory services, LDAP services
- Cloud technology knowledge with a focus on identity and access management integration, Identity federations/migrations, data analysis and modelling tools,authentication mechanisms and standards
- Basic knowledge of encryption, PKI, SIEM, etc.
- Knowledge of identity management solutions like NetIQ, IBM, biCube, One Identity, Sailpoint
Soft Skills:
- Very good analytical skills
- Attention to detail with flexibility in addressing changing requirements
- Can manage multiple task in parallel ensuring right quality in delivery
- Ability to organize own tasks assigned, ensuring proper alignment on task progress with different stakeholders
- Ability to work in a complex and international environment
- Ability to keep committed and motivated all team members working in remote locations
- Fluent English (at least B2 level)
- Italian, German and/or French benefit
Nice to have:
- Availability to travel occasionally in Europe
