Innovation Intern

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have

• Bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field
• Passion for Innovation and willingness to push the boundaries
• Proficient in Powerpoint and Excel (or equivalent)
• Great communicator - comfortable with Social Media and Storytelling
• High level understanding of Corporate Innovation

 Should have

• Some level of understanding of Project and Portfolio Management methodologies
• High level understanding of the Insurance value chain, InsurTech / FinTech ecosystems preferred
  

Soft skills

• Rigorous and attentive to details but able to think outside of the box
• Ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment and re-prioritise
• Trustworthy, able to quickly build a network and bring people together
• Strongly believes in the importance of diversity and understands cultural nuances of working across multiple geographies and business types
• Ability to engage assertively with multiple stakeholders at different levels
• Strategic and business acumen
