GOSP - Generali Operations Service Platform  is a joint-venture between Generali and Accenture and provides IT and Procurement services to Generali Group companies. Our purpose is to accelerate the Group's innovation and digitization strategy through the Cloud and shared platforms.

Based in Italy it has 5 branches across Europe and employs about 1.000 people.

We are looking for an Integration Manager accountable for all the integration activities and for the integration definition between legacy country system and the new insurance core system.

Main Responsabilities:

  • Defines the integration strategy, focusing on reuse and standardization
  • Supervises the integration environments setup, to ensure a robust configuration for development and testing phases, even by using automated procedures
  • Gathers and analyzes information to define project specifications and requirements
  • Provides support to the development team in translating the functional specifications and requirements into technical solutions
  • Acts as an interface between business and technical teams
  • Keeps track of the architectural development with regards to the business requirements, and ensures in-synch development within the Program plan
  • Guarantees the software modules are testable at unit and integrated level, before they are ready for user acceptance tests
  • Identifies opportunities for technology refresh and decommissioning, infrastructure optimization, consolidation of the infrastructure architecture

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Integration Projects management
  • Proven expertise in international program and project management
  • Fluent in English
  • Expertise in the insurance domain (nice to have)

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to lead and to create trust and team spirit
  • Very high attitude to team working
  • Able to manage sudden and frequent changes in the activities and priorities
