Must have:
- Academic degree in IT or Scientific disciplines
- At least 3 years’ experience in IT, Operations, Data/ Reporting functions
- Strong problem-solving attitude
- Interpersonal, communication and multi-cultural skills
- English fluently, international minded
Nice to have:
- Good functional skills and understanding of the overall Investment’s and Asset Management process
- Familiar with financial, real estate or asset management business
- Experience in Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, …)
- Team working
- Good negotiation skills with internal and externals counterparts, ability to build up trustful relationships in a multi-national context in a client-centric way
- Proactivity and ability to reduce complexity and to find pragmatic solutions
- French, Italian, German skills
