Core competencies:
- Academic degree in IT, business informatics or Scientific disciplines
- First experience in IT, Operations, Data/ Reporting functions within Financial or Asset Management firms
- German and English fluently, international minded
- Interpersonal, communication and multi-cultural skills
Additional skills:
- Commercial skills and understanding of the Real Estate Asset Management process
- Experience in SAP or S/4HANA (usage and/ or maintenance)
- Team working
- Good negotiation skills with internal and externals counterparts, ability to build up trustful relationships in a multi-national context in a client-centric way
- Proactivity and ability to reduce complexity and to find pragmatic solutions
- French, Italian skills
