Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have

Bachelor and Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Actuarial Sciences or Mathematics
Robust knowledge of statistical techniques and their application
Knowledge and possible experience in Montecarlo Simulation techniques, correlations and aggregation of risks
Knowledge of Insurance products and underwriting modelling
English fluency for presenting and writing
Solid and enhanced use of Microsoft Office suite, VBA and R

Nice to have

Proven effectiveness in interacting with and reporting to senior management
Previous experience on financial aspects (Market Value Balance Sheet, Investments types, main financial pricing techniques)
Possess knowledge of Insurance and Financial business processes, and industry best practices and regulatory requirements for risk management, with particular focus on Solvency II regime
Italian language basic skills
Other foreign language such as French, German, Spanish
Good knowledge of one of the following: Prophet, Matlab

Performing in stressed conditions
Proactive approach, strong achievement and result oriented
Have a collaborative mind-set with strong interpersonal skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
