Junior Actuary

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have:

• Bachelor and Master Degree in Economics, Finance, Actuarial Sciences or Mathematics

• Robust knowledge of statistical techniques and their application

• Knowledge and possible experience in Montecarlo Simulation techniques, correlations and aggregation of risks

• Knowledge of Insurance products and underwriting modelling

• English fluency for presenting and writing

• Solid and enhanced use of Microsoft Office suite, VBA and R

Nice to have:

• Proven effectiveness in interacting with and reporting to senior management

• Previous experience on financial aspects (Market Value Balance Sheet, Investments types, main financial pricing techniques)

• Possess knowledge of Insurance and Financial business processes, and industry best practices and regulatory requirements for risk management, with particular focus on Solvency II regime

• Italian language basic skills

• Other foreign language such as French, German, Spanish

• Good knowledge of one of the following: Prophet, Matlab
