Junior Business Analyst

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in both Italian and English (minimum requirement B2, C1 preferred)
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management or related field
• Ability to manage complexity, to work and collaborate in a cross cultural and cross functional environment
• Ability to negotiate, consult and influence decisions of key stakeholders, internal clients, and external vendors
• Proven history of experience in complex context, with responsibilities of translating business needs to IT solution
• Capacity to understand work environment and to operate with a moderate level of autonomy
• High attitude to learn and develop
• 3+ years of professional experience as Business Analyst in the Insurance (preferred) or Financial sector
• Proactive and positive attitude, with demonstrated capacity to work well under strict deadlines
• IT Insurance Knowledge on Life and/or P&C and/or Claims business

Nice to have Skills:

• Additional language proficiency (German, Spanish or Portuguese)
• Experience in project/ Program to setup and integrate RGI PASS Insurance
• Experiences  on RGI PASS Life modules and in particular on PASS_Product configuration is a plus
• International work experience
• Basic skills on SQL inquiry (SQL)
