Junior Innovation Consultant – Equip and Accelerate (Internship)

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have

• Bachelor or master’s degree in a relevant field
• High level understanding of Innovation, Project and Portfolio Management methodologies
• Passion for Innovation and willingness to push the boundaries
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint (or equivalent)
• High level understanding of the Insurance value chain, InsurTech / FinTech ecosystems preferred

Nice to have

• Rigorous and attentive to details but able to think outside of the box
• Strongly believes in the importance of diversity and understands cultural nuances of working across multiple geographies and business types
• Ability to engage and communicate assertively with multiple stakeholders at different levels
• Strategic and business acumen
