Leadership Training Manager

Must have

• Experience in designing and implementing leadership training initiatives

• Experience in designing and implementing cultural change management initiatives

• Experience in workshop design and delivery

• Strategic vision, inquisitive mindset, deep

• Knowledge on what leadership development is about

• Access and learn continuously benchmarks and best practices on the topic of leadership development

• Analytic, attention to details

• Background in psychology preferred

Soft skills

• Proactive, determined, and self- starting attitude

• Communication and influencing skills

• Capability to build positive and solid relations with key stakeholders, valuing diversity

• Organized, Strong Project Management skills and ability to orchestrate large scale complex international projects
