Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have

  • University Degree in Psycology, Economy, BA, Communications, International Relations

  • Proven experience in managing multiple deliveries and meeting tight deadlines

  • Previous experience in managing events / trainings both in-presence and virtual

  • Good English knowledge (at least B2 level)

  • Experience in e-learning platforms

  • Experience in managing supplier payments with relations with external providers and clients

  • Experience in managing financed trainings

  • Good reporting skills

  • Excellent Office 365 skills (MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint)

Soft skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Precise, proactive and goal oriented

  • Attention to details and good analytical skills

  • Ability to efficiently collaborate in team

  • Strong personal motivation and sense of autonomy

  • Internationally-oriented, mindful of differences, experience in multicultural academic or working environment
