Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or similar field study
- 3+ years in asset management is required with applicable direct experience in marketing intelligence
- Detailed understanding of asset management marketing including intermediary channels
- Strong written and verbal command of Italian and English, French is a plus
- Broad product knowledge, across Equities, Fixed Income and Alternatives
- Proficient in Power Point, Word, Excel, DSS and BI tools (e.g. Power BI)

- Good interpersonal skills
- Easily adapt to different environments and situation and able to cope with stressful situations
- Strong team player, with the ability to use own initiative and a self-starter. Willing to take on a newly created role inside the organization
- Proactive with internal and external clients and responsive to their needs
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
- Intellectual and cultural curiosity
- Open minded and flexible
- Prepared to travel to Italy
