Marketing - Value Proposition Intern

Generali Group Marketing team leads the Lifetime Partner transformation working cross functionally through a series of strategic initiatives. Global Customer Experience Team is responsible for:

  • Support BUs to deliver an excellent customer experience to all our customers in each BU
  • Establish Best in Class T-NPS programs leveraging customer insights & feedback to drive actions, ensuring key customer pain points are eliminated in all countries
  • Drive cross-functional Differentiating Value Proposition Development across the Group creating awareness, injecting the voice of the customer in product development process, building insurance solutions enriched with Value Added Services
  • Build Global Customer Experience Communities on key strategic topics to leverage internal best practices, knowledge sharing and scale up impactful actions
  • Foster a customer centric culture across the group by leveraging customer feedback engaging all employees to work actively with customer feedback

We are an international team, collaborating with all BUs and stakeholders from various functions, all over the world. Within this unit we are looking for a Group Marketing - Value proposition intern to support with the program roll-out and oversight of market plans, to accelerate the development of customer centric propositions.

Key responsabilities of the role will be:

  • Support setup & delivery of Service Design training programs in Markets
  • Support data collection, BU plan review and follow up with Markets
  • Perform analysis & identify key insights to engage relevant stakeholders (e.g.: customer feedback on products and services, etc.)
  • Support Value Proposition Community setup & ongoing engagement

Must have

  • Customer Passion
  • Practical & hands on attitude
  • University degree in business administration, economics or marketing
  • Analytical & conceptual skills, with the ability to identify and clearly express key messages
  • Good Excel and Power point skills.
  • Qualitative as well as quantitative skills

Nice to have

  • Previous background/study in insurance industry, preferably product
