Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirments:

Must have

  • Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or quantitative subjects
  • >=5 years of working experience in asset owners (insurance is a plus), asset managers or investment advisors with relevant experience on performance management, investment planning and reporting activities
  • Advanced knowledge of insurance accounting KPIs, profit sharing rules and regulation (IFRS 9/17 is a plus)
  • Good project management skills and experience
  • Good understanding of investment performance and reporting IT architectures and tools
  • Good understanding of capital markets and financial instruments
  • Analytical skills and presentation skills (PowerPoint) are a prerequisite
  • Fluency in English is a requisite. Knowledge of other languages would represent a plus
  • Proficiency in MS office, at least basic knowledge of SQL and programming languages
  • Ability to use Bloomberg and other info data provider are a plus
  • Being CFA and/or CAIA Charterholder is a plus
