PM Internal Regulation

Must have:

• Degree in Economics or Law
• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services/ Asset management industry or in top tier consultancy firms with focus on Financial Services/ Asset Management
• Demonstrable knowledge of the relevant Regulation (MiFID, UCITS, etc.) of the industry
• Demonstrable knowledge on Operations & IT of Asset Management highly regarded as a plus
• Demonstrable knowledge of internal regulation mechanism/ process in Asset Management industry beneficial
• Italian and Fluent English are minimum requirements, additional languages (French/ German) will be considered a plus
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate ownership and accountability for project deliverables

• Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex contexts
• Strong learning agility and troubleshooting attitude
• Sound decision making skills in highly challenging scenarios
• Ability to challenge status quo and support challenge with logical rationale
• Flexibility and ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
