Key attributes:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical team of insurance companies

  • Master’s degree in insurance, Statistics, Actuarial, Economics and/or Finance related fields

  • Technical mindset with experience in portfolio management and risk analysis/assessment

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of strategic aspects of decision making

  • Curious, dynamic, proactive, not afraid to take ownership

  • Resilient with strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail

  • Team player with high appetite for transversal collaboration

  • Strong communication skills

  • Advanced knowledge of English, any other language would be considered a plus
