The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have:

Degree in Finance (Master-level preferred)
3-5 years of experience, preferably with specific focus on investment solutions for life insurance product
Excellent Office Knowledge (Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel)
Knowledge of the main financial data providers (Morningstar, Bloomberg)
Technical product knowledge of investment products linked to insurance solutions, knowledge of life insurance products, operating systems and sales would be considered a plus
Market intelligence of asset management industry mechanisms and conditions
Fluent in English, Italian and possibly another European language, written and spoken (experience in an international work environment preferred)
Excellent command of data analytics and presentation (use of R, Matlab, Python) would be considered a plus

Ability to formulate and solve problems, independent thinking and entrepreneurship
Responsible and dependable
Customer orientation / customer-centric attitude
