Requirements:

Completed engineering studies (FH/TU), qualification in business administration
Several years of experience in investment, project organization, management or development
Market knowledge and industry contacts in the Austrian real estate market
Very good German and English skills
IT affinity and knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Archibus if applicable
Intercultural open-mindedness and professional appearance in an international environment

Skills:

Team orientation and strong communication skills
Detailed abilities in organization, co-ordination and co-operation
