Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

Must have:

Completed engineering studies (FH/TU), commercial qualification
Several years of experience in investment, project organisation, management or development
Market knowledge and industry contacts in the Austrian real estate market
Intercultural open-mindedness and professional appearance in an international environment
Team orientation and strong communication skills
Very good German and English skills
IT affinity and knowledge of MS Office, SAP, Archibus if applicable
