Reinsurance Data Management Analyst (M/F/O)
Key attributes
- Bachelor or Master degree in Insurance, Mathematics or other numerate qualification
- Previous experience of data analysis or data management would be considered a strong asset
- Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point,…)
- Dynamic, proactive, able to work with strict deadlines, not afraid to take ownership
- Resilient with strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
- Strong communicator (oral and written) thanks to good emotional/relational intelligence
- Fluent in English, any other language would be considered an asset
The ideal candidate has a flexible and entrepreneurial approach to work, willing to take on new challenges and look for new ways of doing things. The role is based in a dynamic company and, as part of a specialized technical team, will require good multi-tasking and supporting of colleagues. As such the incumbent must be able to manage a wide range of projects and tasks with multiple deadlines.
