Senior Compliance Officer

Should have:

• Degree level (BAC+3);
• You have experience in the compliance field (5-6 years);
• Experience in a big-4 or law firm is considered an advantage;
• Strong knowledge of financial products, fund accounting, alternative funds, custody and transfer agency;
• Up to date with current regulations and laws applicable in the banking/finance sector;
• Solid experience in compliance and operational risk;
• Good project management skills and capable of working independently;
• Good analytical skills and ability to articulate issues, formulate and present recommendations;
• Excellent modelling skills in MS Excel as well as skills in Power Point and Word.
• Well-developed organizational skills, flexibility, ability to deal with different departments within the organizational framework;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and French; Italian would be considered as a plus.
