Must have
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in HR
- Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have
- Solid Reward background (at least 10 years’ experience)
- Experience in the Financial Sector is a plus
