Senior Value Proposition Manager
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
- Passion for the customer
- 10 years’ experience. Financial Service background. Strong understanding of insurance products and services. Experience of developing solutions starting from customer insights. Value Proposition design expertise
- International profile experienced in multinational companies, proven ability to successfully steer country teams, cooperating with different functions
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Ability to visualize the big picture and think strategically leveraging on insights and trends to identify priorities and high impact activities
- Good standing, confidence and well versed in interacting with senior stakeholders
- Good analytical acumen
- Results driven, proven track record, change management experience and potential to growth further in the organization
- Ability to inspire others
