Senior Value Proposition/Product Manager
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
- Passion for the customer
 - 8-10 years’ experience. Financial Service background. Good understanding of insurance products and services
 - Experience to develop solutions starting from customer insights. Value Proposition design expertise
 - International profile experienced in multinational companies, used to work in virtual teams in global matrix operations, with proven ability to successfully steer country teams, cooperating with different functions
 - Experience in leading cross-functional teams
 - Excellent presentation and communications skills
 - Hands on, practical with a ground-breaking attitude. Project Management, setting up new project from scratch, manage multiple projects in cross functional environment, guaranteeing accurate delivery
 - Ability to visualize the big picture and think strategically leveraging on insights and trends to identify priorities and high impact activities
 - Good standing, confidence and well versed in interacting with senior stakeholders
 - Good analytical acumen
 - Results driven, proven track record, change management experience and potential to growth further in the organization
 - Ability to inspire others
 
Nice to have
- Background in customer experience, customer engagement, customer segmentation, customer retention & loyalty
 - Master’s degree in business administration or marketing
 - Design Thinking Knowledge
 - Data analytics
