Requirements:
- Master's degree in ITC, Finance, statistics and insurance sciences or similar;
- 3+ year experience professional with expertise in handling project management and insurance business (Agile methodology)
- Experience in working with geographically distributed teams and with a variety of service providers
- Knowledge of IT system implementations, system integration and data processing in financial industries, basic knowledge of Microsoft DevOps and Kiuwan
- Expertise in the insurance domain and good knowledge of the insurance dynamics
- Knowledge of the Non-Life Solvency II framework and IFRS17 principles
- Basic knowledge of Non-Life reserving processes
- Strong organizational and business process reengineering skills
- Familiarity with IT General Controls and Risk Management frameworks
- Good knowledge on accounting management of IT services
- Excellent Mastering MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint), SQL, VBA
Skills
- Fluent Italian and English
- Ability to coordinate a team of external providers
- Capability to work effectively both as a team member and as an individual, creating and managing a work plan to respect project deadlines
- Excellent organization, prioritization and time management/multi-tasking skills (comfortable in a fast-paced environment)
