Solution Expert Core Insurance - Life

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Ability to manage complexity, to work and collaborate in a cross cultural and cross functional environment 
• Ability to negotiate, consult and influence decisions of key stakeholders, internal clients, and external vendors.
• High attitude to learn and develop 
• Strong Experience on Life business and/or Life IT solutions (more than 5 years)
• IT Insurance Knowledge on Life
• Experience in Project/ Program to setup Life systems
• Experiences  on RGI PASS Life modules and in particular on PASS_Product configuration is a plus as an experience on Life Data migration
• International work experience would be appreciated
• Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken
• Ability to understand, document and propose functional solutions focusing on Life and integrations with other Insurance components
• Conduct and manage conversations with business and technology. 
• Effectively own, manage and communicate with business leaders to solve critical business problems
