Who we are looking for:

Degree in humanities (HR management, psychology, sociology, communication, etc.) and/or economics/engineering subjects
Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Interest in HR and passion about people

Soft Skills:

Excellent listening and communication skills, also with foreign countries
Ability to work independently and in multicultural team environment
Excellent organizational and management skills
Flexibility and proactivity

Nice to have:

Specialization in Human Resources area (Master in HR, specialized courses for the selection of personnel, etc.)
Previous international experience (also short)
Aptitude for digital and innovation topics
