Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have
- Economics / Law Degree
- 2/4 years of experience
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with regulatory analysis and leading practices in the areas of taxation, risk management, governance and internal control
- Knowledge of risk analysis and assessment techniques with economic/financial and reputational impacts
Nice to have
- Interest in studying and interpreting tax legislation, in order to assess the impact on the Generali Group and propose interventions and changes to the Tax Control Framework model
- Knowledge of business economics and finance principles
- Strong skills of analysis and synthesis of information and communication skills
- Ability to interact with people from different backgrounds
- Spirit of initiative and proactive attitude
- Project management experience, teamworking ability and intercultural sensitivity in the management of complex change projects
- Good knowledge of another language (German, French, Spanish)
